Double Wall Corrugated Pipes

DWC Pipes are double-walled pipes also known as secondary contained piping system. The basic framework being a pipe within a pipe with interstitial spacing within the two diameters: the outer pipe is shaped into a series of parallel ridges and grooves so as to give added rigidity and strength. The inner pipe is the primary or carrier pipe and has a smooth inner lining, while the outer pipe is called the secondary or containment pipe with grooves on the outside.

Doube Walled Corrugated pipes may be made of multiple types of polymers like High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC), Poly-Propylene (PP), Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), and Ethylene Chlorotrifluoroethylene Copolymer (ECTFE).
